I will hold space for you and guide you to heal in a safe environment that is totally confidential.

When you book the retreat I will have an initial online interview with you to be able to get a sense of the healing that will be needed.

This retreat may include:

• Deep muscle relaxation guided meditation
• Hypnosis- De Trauma Technique (both days)
• Vision board – goal setting (to take home)
• Past life regression
• Physical and emotional Reiki session
• Crystal healing
• Oracle card reading (both days)
• 4 to 6 follow-up sessions (depending on the level of trauma).
